A guide for representing Dr. Hopiola
Thank you for choosing to represent Dr. Hopiola. We carefully select each wholesale partner because how our products are presented matters as much as the products themselves.
Our products are intentionally simple. We believe our partnerships should be the same. These standards help protect the experience your clients expect, the value of your business, and the integrity of the Dr. Hopiola brand.
Authorized retailer standards
1. Represent the brand well
Present Dr. Hopiola in a manner consistent with its premium positioning. Products should be displayed professionally, kept clean, and presented using current approved marketing materials whenever possible.
2. Sell authentic products
Offer only genuine Dr. Hopiola products purchased directly from Dr. Hopiola or an authorized distributor. Products may not be resold to other retailers or distributors without written approval.
3. Educate your team
Ensure anyone recommending Dr. Hopiola understands the Radiance Practice. Oil first. Serum second. Simple guidance creates confident recommendations and a consistent client experience.
4. Represent products accurately
Describe products truthfully and avoid claims that have not been approved by Dr. Hopiola. Only approved photography, logos, and educational materials may be used.
5. Protect the customer experience
Products should be stored according to recommended conditions and sold in their original packaging. Damaged, expired, altered, or repackaged products should never be offered for sale.
6. Sell through approved channels
Dr. Hopiola products may be sold only through locations and websites approved by Dr. Hopiola. Selling through unauthorized third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms, is not permitted without prior written approval.
7. Honor our pricing standards
Please follow our Minimum Advertised Price Policy below. Consistent pricing protects every partner and preserves the long-term value of the brand.
8. Stay connected
If your business changes ownership, location, website, or primary sales channels, please let us know. We value long-term relationships built on open communication.

Dr. Hopiola maintains a Minimum Advertised Price Policy to support a consistent premium brand experience and protect the investment made by our wholesale partners. This policy applies to all authorized retailers.
Retailers remain free to determine their own selling prices. This policy applies only to publicly advertised prices.
