I have received some feedback from people with questions like - do you really do the breathing?
Some others say, I used to just rub my facial products on my face but with Dr. Hopiola, I take my time gently massaging it in but i don’t take all the time.
For some of us, the only quiet moment of our day may be when we are doing your skincare.
So why not seize that moment and make the most of it.

Now that we have mastered the massage technique for our face, we can focus on the breathing technique. A simple thing you can do is to inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 6 seconds.
