Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dr. Hopiola, we want you to love your experience, not just with our skincare, but from the moment you place your order to the moment your practice begins.

Our customer care hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST. Emails sent over the weekend will receive a response the following Monday. Kindly allow 2–3 business days for a reply.

 


 

Shipping

Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Orders typically take 4–5 business days to process before they are shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, we’re unable to make changes.

Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays or unexpected closures beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses are welcome, but please note: expedited shipping is not available for these addresses. If you select expedited service for a PO/APO/FPO order, it will be adjusted to standard ground shipping.

International Orders
We are also able to ship internationally.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders over $200 (before tax and shipping) ship free within the U.S.
2-day domestic shipping is available at an added cost.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and will appear on your final receipt.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Dr. Hopiola is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered, but we’re happy to help with documentation to support your claim.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

We hope every moment with Dr. Hopiola feels nourishing and right. But if something isn’t working for you, here’s what you need to know:

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused products in original packaging, within 30 days of the shipment date (as noted on your invoice). Products must be purchased directly from drhopiola.com.
Please note: final sale items, as marked on product pages, are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To begin a return, email youmatter@drhopiola.com with your order number and reason for return. Kindly allow up to 5 business days for a response.

Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee, which helps cover handling and inventory processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—minus shipping and the restocking fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your card provider.
Items returned damaged (and not damaged in transit) will not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

International Returns
We are not currently accepting international returns.

Retail Partner Purchases
If you purchased a product from a retail partner, please refer to their return policy. Returns for those purchases must be handled directly with the point of sale.

Return Misuse
To protect the integrity of our community, Dr. Hopiola reserves the right to limit returns in cases of excessive return activity, product misuse, or suspected fraudulent behavior.
