Shop The Radiance Set
Apply the Brilliance Oil Concentrate first, followed by the Superior Refining Serum, according to the directions included with your set. Your thirty day guarantee begins on the date of confirmed delivery.
Contact us within thirty calendar days of confirmed delivery. We'll ask a few brief questions about your experience and send your return authorization.
Mail both original containers within seven days of receiving your authorization. Once we receive them, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
Two products, one guarantee
Both original containers must be returned.
These terms apply to every guarantee request. Please read them before you begin.
The Radiance Set must have been purchased directly from DrHopiola.com. Sets purchased through retail or wholesale partners, or any other channel, are not eligible.
The guarantee is available on your first purchase of The Radiance Set and covers one set per customer. It does not apply to individual products purchased separately. Dr. Hopiola reserves the right to limit multiple guarantee claims associated with the same household.
We ask that you use both products consistently and according to the directions provided. If you experience irritation or another reaction, discontinue use and contact us.
Your guarantee request must be submitted within thirty calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after Day 30 are not eligible.
We'll ask a few brief questions about your experience and reason for returning the set. Your feedback helps us understand your experience and continue improving Dr. Hopiola.
Both original containers must be returned, including remaining product. Empty containers are not eligible. Your return must be mailed within seven days of receiving your return authorization.
Your refund will equal the amount paid for The Radiance Set at checkout. Original and expedited shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dr. Hopiola cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Discontinue use right away. Please do not continue applying the products in order to qualify for the guarantee. Contact us and we'll walk you through the next steps.
